Crackodawn first speedwork day.  Five laps on a 1/4 mile track pushed the straightaways.  Quads were tight which made sprinting the straightaways hard.

Bonneville shoreline from soccer park north.  Wanted to sleep in and not get up but went out the door.  Tired from Saturday but after 4 miles I warmed up and felt fine.  If I didn't have a group today I would have crashed before mile 4 and went home and back to sleep.

Diamond Fork 17.3 miles

Carried 2 water bottles should have taken 3.  Pavement section is 5 miles long.  Pushed hard up the first canyon which used up a lot of my energy once I hit the pavement.  Pushed hard on the pavement as well which burned me up by the time I was headed back down the dirt trail.

Right cav muscle was tight and wouldn't loosen up.  So therefore my pace is not going to be reported on this one.
